COMPANIES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • I agree to have declared all my items correctly
  • I agree and affirm that S.C.I  do not accept and ship illicit products
  • I agree the ownership of the items I gave to S.C.I for shipment
  • I accept and agree that the information I gave for my shipmen is valid
  • I accept to be responsible for all the items I deposited for shipment with S.C.I solution logistics
  • I’m informed that all products are subjected to government agencies for inspection both local and international destinations, as such, government agencies has the discretion to seize or release of goods, both entry and non entry of products as case may be
  • All products sent with courier door to door may or may not attract duties  on arrival following government agencies discretion
  • All prices are as agreed 
  • Shipment delays and other issues related to aviation and government are not caused by S.C.I Solution Logistics agency
  • All clients are advised to pay insurance in case of loss or damage; compensations are given according to IATA rule or courier company procedures
  • I agree and understand the terms and conditions
  • All clients are advised to inform S.C.I Solution Logistics before any transaction with third parties or referrals, agents r collaborator for approval before deals
  • All clients are advised to go through S.C.I communication channels
  • All clients are advised to inform S.C.I before sending items or products to our oversea offices.
  • All non-receipted transactions are invalid with S.C.I Solution Logistics
  • All shipping items like jewelries and more are not valued more than 500usd with S.C.I Solution Logistics 
  • All consolidated shipments are grouped shipments not personal shipments, S.C.I charge of freight, clearing charges as agreed
  • Government current tariffs and delivery as required by client
